Carole Cusumano, a seasoned fashion professional with 20 years experience as a women’s designer, started Cloak & Dawggie in the fall of 2003. Cloak & Dawggie has gained widespread popularity for its comfortable, durable soft harnesses.

Today, Cloak & Dawggie markets to high end pet lifestyle boutiques and pet stores internationally.

Cloak & Dawggie apparel is made to the standards of high end people clothing, using only the best materials like Brookwood Company Stormtec, 3M reflective tape, Primaloft filler and Polartec linings.

Cloak & Dawggie is manufactured in the same factories that make designer people clothing – and all the same processes are implemented, such as stone washing our denim and wear testing our harnesses. Our hardware is custom crafted and tested for strength while maintaining a high design quality.
